Shipping Policy

Shipping of our postal items is via Royal Mail (Standard Delivery) & Hermes.

Please allow up to 7 days, from dispatch notice, to receive your order.

Our postal flowers are also available to click and collect from our shop in ALFRETON, DERBY. Collection is free of charge.

We also offer the option for local delivery within DERBY & ALFRETON for £4.99 or for our surrounding DERBY areas including Nottingham, Burton & Derbyshire for £6.99

Returns or Exchanges

All of our dried flowers are handpicked by a member of the Enchanted Rose team to ensure that they of the highest quality. If however your flowers arrive damaged and you wish to return or exchange them please do get in touch and we will be happy to help.

We ask that you check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct this for you.

Please contact us within 14- days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Requests outside of the 14 days will not be fulfilled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must return to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please contact us directly at to arrange a return/exchange. You are responsible for covering the postage costs of sending items back unless they are damaged, to which we will cover the costs.

Once we receive your items, pending a review of the item, a full refund will be provided or we will exchanged & post/deliver your new item.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for any custom orders.
