Excellent customer service and multiple beautiful flower arrangements created for my grandads funeral recently.
Myself and multiple other family members ordered at least 5 flower arrangements from Enchanted Rose Florist.
At the time of placing my order, I couldn't think of what I wanted on the card and told them I would ring back once I had spoke with the other grandchildren who purchased the flowers with me.
Unfortunately it slipped my mind and I had forgotten about it.
However the team at Enchanted Rose went above and beyond and sent me a lovely reminder via text message.
I was able to respond via text to state what I wanted on the card, and received a lovely acknowledgement advising they would make sure it was perfect.
They certainly did exactly that, couldn't have asked for more! ❤️

The customer service received from this florist was outstanding. I ordered a wreath for a family members funeral recently. Unfortunately, I couldn’t attend the funeral, it was just as seen on the website, beautiful.

I was looking for a bespoke wreath for my brother’s funeral (he was very much into growing fruit & veg in his allotment) I came across Enchanted Rose online, who were showing an ‘allotment wreath’.
A short phone call later we decided on an appropriate design and it was all sorted. Myself and my sister were really happy with the result. I can’t thank Enchanted Rose enough for the superb service and quality product. They made, what was a very emotional purchase, so easy. I would definitely recommend them.

Lisa and the team were incredible throughout the whole process of designing to delivering our wedding flowers. Lisa was so patient and made so much effort to understand what we wanted, even though I changed my mind a million times, but she was always there to listen! The flowers were absolutely stunning, we had bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, pinholes, cake flowers, table bud vases and a few big backdrop feature pieces. The flowers lasted ages and we had so many complements. I would highly recommend for any event or generally for bouquets, we wouldn’t go to anyone else x
