Beautiful fragrant flowers arrived first thing this morning. Amazing display with beautiful purples and cream/white as ordered. A lovely tribute on what would have been my late mother's birthday. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas x

I cannot recommend the lovely ladies at Enchanted Rose highly enough! Everything they did for our recent family funeral was done with optimum kindness and attention to detail. The 'Spring Garden' and Ram were absolutely perfect. Our Mum would have loved them and the fragrance was absolutely glorious! Thank You 🥰

Lisa did our wedding flowers so beautifully. We had so many compliments about how beautifully bright and 'different' they looked which suited our church theme wedding and old style camper van. Highly recommend, professional and helpful. Thank you xxx

Highly recommend, will be definitely using enchanted rose florists again. Bought a sunburst flower bouquet for my grandma for her birthday and she loved them. Great communication too!

As I live miles away from my sister and she works in the high street this is just perfect location and the ladies are so lovely on the phone taking my order I’ve ordered on a number of occasions and they never fail and service and flowers are amazing thank you

Rang up your Florist at 11.30am. I needed flowers to send to my sister for the same day. Luckily I ordered them before the cut off time. I asked for some yellow and bright colour's to brighten our sister's day. You sent the most beautiful flowers. She loved them. I'll definitely order from you again. Thank you. 😊

Lisa

Just want to say how amazing the ladies are at Enchanted Rose Florist. I arranged flowers for a funeral and was worried we had left it a bit short notice. When I went in the shop they were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was to much trouble even when I changed a few bits later on. They delivered to the house and the flowers were beautiful! Absolutely perfect 💜 Thank you so much you helped make the day very special xx

Wow, where do I start, if you’re getting married you need Lisa and Enchanted Rose to be your florist! From the first email I sent to Lisa we just clicked and Lisa knew exactly what we were envisioning for our wedding! Her ideas and suggestions were fantastic and she was an absolute dream to work with! Her replies were quick and she was AMAZING from start to finish! Every arrangement was absolutely stunning—the bouquets, buttonholes, ceremony flowers, and guest table centrepieces were all created with incredible attention to detail. Lisa went above and beyond for certain flowers in my bouquet and wow the finished product was faultless! All the flowers perfectly suited our theme, adding so much beauty and elegance to our special day. Everyone complimented them! You can really tell Lisa puts her love into everything she creates and I’m going to miss working with her! Love Molly & Dan xxx

I cannot recommend Lisa enough for wedding flowers! Everything was planned so carefully and she went above and beyond in all communications in the run up to the wedding, which made everything so easy. All the bouquets, buttonholes and corsages were better than I could have ever imagined. We are so grateful to Lisa and the team, and cannot thank them enough for making our vision come to life.

Lisa did our flowers for us at our wedding recently, and they were absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I couldn’t have asked for any more, they were absolutely perfect and everything we imagined. The communication in the lead up was also great, she provided all details and updates and I felt so confident in choosing her as our supplier for our flowers. We would 1000% recommend Enchanted Rose, thank you so much Lisa!

If there was an option for more stars they would have been clicked! We can honestly not recommend Enchanted rose enough. We had our wedding day on the 9th May, from start to finish - Lisa could not do enough for us. She listened to my requests, sent me photos of her ideas following my inspiration pictures and produced such BEAUTIFUL bouquets, bud vases and an arch display at our venue. I trusted Lisa with the whole thing as her knowledge was exceptional, my brief was a burst of colour and wildflowers and the end results were more than I could have ever imagined. If you are planning your big day, do not bother with any other florists - Lisa and her team will be the one for you, There’s a reason why our venue were thrilled when we told them we were using enchanted rose! We haven’t had our photos back yet but I know, the flowers will make the pictures. Here is a picture of my beautiful bridesmaids bouquet. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I highly recommend using Enchanted Rose as your florist for any engagement. We have recently used them for our wedding, but also for funerals and for gifts. They capture exactly what you want in flower form and their work is at an incredibly high standard. All of the bridesmaids loved their bouquets and they are still going strong over a week later. I was quite picky with how I wanted my bridal bouquet and Enchanted Rose captured my vision perfectly.

What to say about Enchanted Rose! Lisa and the team were nothing short of wonderful. I booked Enchanted Rose to create my wedding flowers and the process we went through was so easy, stress free and Lisa made sure I was 100% comfortable with my final design. Lisa helped me select the flowers I would eventually have and suggested what combinations would go well- she is incredibly knowledgeable. Even when I sent her an AI image, Lisa suggested alternative flowers which were the ones I picked to have on the day. The flowers themselves were stunning and beyond anything I could have hoped for. Lisa and her team created bouquets, button holes and corsages, each one perfect and treated with such care and precision. If you’re thinking about Enchanted Rose, it will be the best decision you make. Lisa thank you for creating something so personal, special and sentimental. You helped make the day magical. I have also chosen to preserve my flowers so I can have them with me as a memory forever!

I don't live in Derby but the recipient (my daughter) does. I have used large online companies before and not really had that great an experience. I decided that perhaps it might be better to try a local business. After some searching I found Enchanted Rose Florist and it had great reviews. I took a chance and I am so glad I did. The flowers delivered to my daughter were amazing. She loved them and sent me photos. Over the week they really bloomed and they're still looking great 2 weeks later. The lady that delivered them was really lovely my daughter wants me to add to! (For info I ordered the Sunburst flower bouquet standard hand tie)

Excellent customer service and multiple beautiful flower arrangements created for my grandads funeral recently. Myself and multiple other family members ordered at least 5 flower arrangements from Enchanted Rose Florist. At the time of placing my order, I couldn't think of what I wanted on the card and told them I would ring back once I had spoke with the other grandchildren who purchased the flowers with me. Unfortunately it slipped my mind and I had forgotten about it. However the team at Enchanted Rose went above and beyond and sent me a lovely reminder via text message. I was able to respond via text to state what I wanted on the card, and received a lovely acknowledgement advising they would make sure it was perfect. They certainly did exactly that, couldn't have asked for more! ❤️

The customer service received from this florist was outstanding. I ordered a wreath for a family members funeral recently. Unfortunately, I couldn’t attend the funeral, it was just as seen on the website, beautiful. I would definitely use this florist again.

I was looking for a bespoke wreath for my brother’s funeral (he was very much into growing fruit & veg in his allotment) I came across Enchanted Rose online, who were showing an ‘allotment wreath’. A short phone call later we decided on an appropriate design and it was all sorted. Myself and my sister were really happy with the result. I can’t thank Enchanted Rose enough for the superb service and quality product. They made, what was a very emotional purchase, so easy. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you once again

Lisa and the team were incredible throughout the whole process of designing to delivering our wedding flowers. Lisa was so patient and made so much effort to understand what we wanted, even though I changed my mind a million times, but she was always there to listen! The flowers were absolutely stunning, we had bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, pinholes, cake flowers, table bud vases and a few big backdrop feature pieces. The flowers lasted ages and we had so many complements. I would highly recommend for any event or generally for bouquets, we wouldn’t go to anyone else x

I cannot thank Enchanted Rose Florist enough for our beautiful sunflower displays for our wedding! We received so many compliments and i could not agree with them more! A wonderful and talented florist who made my visions come to life. 5* service - excellent communication throughout, friendly and always polite. Would highly recommend x
