I got my first delivery on my birthday off of my parents & I was blown away, I’m not a flower girl... but this bunch was amazing, colourful & smelt great. My boyfriend bought me a bouquet of flowers for Valentine’s Day and I was so shocked when I saw... them, the packaging was absolutely beautiful and so were the flowers. You could tell a lot of care had gone into making them look perfect. I would definitely recommend I couldn’t fault them at all. Still stunned at how pretty they are!!! 10/10read more

Enchanted Rose is absolute exquisite.
From the initial placing of an order, to delivery, absolutely... nothing is too much trouble for these lovely ladies.
They work tireless and worked all through lockdown, to ensure those doorstep deliveries could happen! They provide free delivery in and around Derby, which is fantastic.
I love the arrangements and the customer service that much, that I have asked Lisa to arrange my wedding flowers. Even though it’s 2 years away, Lisa has been on hand (even at weekends and evenings) to reply to any messages or quotes I needed with a friendly, professional manner.
The presentation of every single Enchanted Rose bouquet is stunning. The care and attention to detail is second to none! I already can’t wait to get out my Christmas table centre piece out again this year!

Since coming across enchanted rose they quickly became the only florist I now use. I usually use... the website to order from which is nice and stright forward. On the couple of occasions I needed something a little bit different to the standard I spoke to Kelly who dealt with my requests perfectly.
The flowers are also always lovely and fresh and last for ages too!
