We had our Amazing wedding bouquet and... button holes for our wedding. I would 1000% recommend Enchanted Rose, Lisa was so helpful with fast and effective communication, listened to every single bit of detail i asked for and created the most perfect flowers for us on our special day. I now will not visit anywhere else for my future floral purchases and will return to Enchanted Rose every time in the future.

I got my first delivery on my birthday off of my parents & I was blown away, I’m not a flower girl... but this bunch was amazing, colourful & smelt great. I put an order in for Mother’s Day..fast delivery and amazing flowers. They help with whatever celebration you have. Can’t fault Enchanted Rose❤️..brilliant service, I recommend them to everybody! Massive thank you to Enchanted Rose! Getting married during the pandemic was never going to be easy... but the Enchanted Rose team worked with us all the way to the big day itself. Excellent Service from the girls at enchanted rose! I messaged and asked for some advise they came... back to me so quick! They delivered the biggest bunch of flowers I’ve ever seen and it was same day delivery! Amazing value for money, great service - I will never use interflora again! Thank you so so much 😀read more

My boyfriend bought me a bouquet of flowers for Valentine’s Day and I was so shocked when I saw... them, the packaging was absolutely beautiful and so were the flowers. You could tell a lot of care had gone into making them look perfect. I would definitely recommend I couldn’t fault them at all. Still stunned at how pretty they are!!! 10/10read more

Enchanted Rose is absolute exquisite.
From the initial placing of an order, to delivery, absolutely... nothing is too much trouble for these lovely ladies.
They work tireless and worked all through lockdown, to ensure those doorstep deliveries could happen! They provide free delivery in and around Derby, which is fantastic.
I love the arrangements and the customer service that much, that I have asked Lisa to arrange my wedding flowers. Even though it’s 2 years away, Lisa has been on hand (even at weekends and evenings) to reply to any messages or quotes I needed with a friendly, professional manner.
The presentation of every single Enchanted Rose bouquet is stunning. The care and attention to detail is second to none! I already can’t wait to get out my Christmas table centre piece out again this year!

Since coming across enchanted rose they quickly became the only florist I now use. I usually use... the website to order from which is nice and stright forward. On the couple of occasions I needed something a little bit different to the standard I spoke to Kelly who dealt with my requests perfectly.
The flowers are also always lovely and fresh and last for ages too!
