We charge a flat rate of £4.99 within Alfreton and £6.99 to our surrounding areas-Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire..
A request for a AM/PM slot can be made via the “Order Notes” section on our check out page. Although we can not guarantee your request we will do our absolute best for you.
Valentines Day, Mothers Day and the Christmas periods are extremely busy for us therefore delivery times may be extended outside our normal delivery times of 9am-5pm on theses dates & dates surrounding these, for example the Saturday & Sunday of Mothers Day weekend.
AM/PM requests can not be taken during this time – we ask you to arrange collection if you need your items by a specific time.
Delivery will only be attempted once due to deliveries being allocated to drivers area by area. The customer booking the delivery is responsible for ensuring the recipient is home on the day of delivery or accepts the below agreement –
If a delivery attempt is made but the recipient is not home & we are unable to find a safe place, the flowers/items will then be returned to the shop. The customer who arranged the delivery will be contacted to arrange collection or arrange delivery for the next day for an additional delivery charge.
